urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:heilysgay The Paradox Unseen Roger 2007-03-12T19:31:29Z urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:heilysgay:2727 2007-03-12T19:31:29Z 2007-03-12T19:31:29Z um yea both drawing have pretty bad qulity cuz idk wtf is wrong with my scanner and well tried taking pictures but idk wut came out worse lol urn:lj:livejournal.com:atom1:heilysgay:1733 2007-01-22T19:48:29Z 2007-01-22T19:48:29Z opeth - to rid the disease Hmm so today I was listening to some really trippy trance it was pretty good and I started wondering why most people have to dislike certain kinds of music just because they listen to some other type of music..some ppl honestly just don't like some other types of music if that is the case ok w/e but then there is the people that want to be "true" to their music or scene or w/e..i just dont understand why you have to close ur mind to other things i like to go trough life n experience as much as i can..and obviously you dont get the same out of hardcore than you get out of hippie music for example becuase life is about emotions, all kinds of emotions not limited to hate love and fear but minor emotions too any feelings that go trough all minds these are all emotions and as we are tied to stereotypes and scenes and all that stupid shit our mind isnt free to experience many of these emotions. we give so much importance to the little world we live in the little ppl we know compared to so many ppl there is in the world our neighborhood our culture our trends our scenes that we miss the bigger picture a more universal pictures free of all those things or not free but a universal nature that embraces these and many other things without so much prejudice this is one of the reasons i respect Buddhism so much..how it teaches to detach ourselves from material things i tihnk basically what its trying to tell us is to appreciate the bigger picture instead of focusing on material or such immediate things because you wont have a rich life full of experiences with the limitations put by society or other ppl telling you whats right to do or listen to or w/e the case is...and as with music with many other things in life close mindedness is a plague that we all have to get rid off to live a fuller life i believe...as for my weekend it was alrite chilling nothing extremely crazy happened or anything im starting to miss them crazy nights ive been to lazy to do anything lately.
